Back in sunny California

I spent six wonderful days in Minnesota with my family and really good friends. I'll give a quick blow-by-blow of the week.

Friday I arrived in MN at 6am. My sister and nephews picked me up and we went to their house had a nice little breakfast. I took a nap soon after that because I couldn't keep my eyes open while talking to my sister. After my nap I got ready for the day and then my best friend Michelle and Laura came over and we hung out, had dinner, watched a movie, and talked. It was soooooo good to see them both! I had missed them so much!

Saturday morning the girls and I had a lovely breakfast of chocolate chip pancakes and then they left because Michelle had to get to her job at Starbucks. So my sister and I then had the whole afternoon to ourselves so we went, of course, shopping!!!! We shopped until we dropped at the MOA. Angie got some really cute clothes, I made her get these really cute pants which she loves now. I got this darling coat from Old Navy (an early BD present from the Wennerbergs) and a couple of other items that were too good to pass up. :-) I had a great time shopping and spending time with my sis. After we were done shopping we rented some movies and went back to the house and watched a chick flick which my brother-in-law watched with us. Cool guy he is!

Sunday was spent going to church with the fam and then my aunt, uncle, and cousins came over for lunch. It was good to see Mike and Steve...thanks boys for changing my ring tones on my cell phone and adding alarms to a lot of things. After time with my cousins, then Michelle and Laura came and picked me up and we went to their house to change for night church. We went to their church and I met all their friends. After a long church time we went back to their house and had a late supper and then headed off to bed, oh but of course we talked for a while first. :)

Monday Michelle and I went out to breakfast at her Starbucks-just the two of us. It was so nice to chat with her and be with her. I had the greatest drink ever, too. It's called a London Fog and it's a tea drink with steamed milk and vanilla. Oh so good! My new favorite drink at Starbucks now. After a couple hours of just Misha and I we went and picked up Laura and headed to Ikea for lunch and shopping. When we were don with Ikea we went to the MOA which is right across from Ikea and shopped some more. Got a couple of more good deals and articles of clothing. =) We headed off to the Pemberton household for a delightful dinner and then tea and cookies and then I was dropped back off to the W's.

Tuesday was spent hanging out with the boys and Angie. Had some quality time with my nephews which was really good. Anders and I colored a Thomas coloring book together....good times. Watched a couple movies with my sis and opened up Alex's early BD gifts from me, Nana and Papa, and his parents.

Wednesday I woke up to my new cell phone tone that I didn't know I had...thanks again to my cousins. I went to a tea house with Cathy and the girls and I found some really good tea that I like. After that Michelle, Laura, and I went back to Angie's watched Anders and attempted to watch a movie. I had to say goodbye to them and then I had dinner with the W's. They took me to the airport, we rode on a train, and then I got on my plane (hey that ryhmes). Parents and bro picked me up and we drove home.

As for today I slept in, saw pics of Tiffany and Noah, went to the beach with my brother, went to college group, and now I'm going to bed.
