The smell of banana bread cooking...hmmm

I just made banana bread muffins and it smells wonderful! I think I actually do like cooking. It makes me feel as if I got something accomplished, a good feeling. I can't wait until they come out of the oven! Rachel will be my taste tester and tell me if I did a good job. :) Today is Tuesday and I am all done for the week! On Thursday we have the Day of Prayer so we don't have classes. Whoo hoo! On Friday I am going to go and pick up Carl and his buddy at the airport and hear all about Italy!!! I'm excited to see him and see his cool pics. So I will be home this weekend! Mom tempted me by saying we'd celebrate my birthday if I came home...and the temptation worked!

I do know partly what I am going to be doing after I graduate. I am going to be coming home to good 'ol Santa Maria. The house that i'm living in right now will not be available next year because the owner's son is getting married and kicking us out. So I will be living at home and trying to find a job and trying to figure out what I should do for the summer. I'm excited to see what God has planned for me these next few months. When I graduate I will have the world at my finger tips and that is a really weird but exciting feeling.

Ooo the muffins are done! Well I'm gonna go eat one... To all you in Santa Maria I will see you soon!! Oh btw, Rach says the muffins are really good...yes! :)
