I moved into CHC yesterday and everything is going well. My roommate's name is Jen and she is also a transfer student from Colorado. We've been spent a lot of time yesterday and today doing new student orientation stuff. Some of its been fun and some boring. Tomorrow I will register for classes...yeah! I'm excited to start classes and have the real fun begin! :-)
My room is decorated all in purple...anyone surprised? I have 4 purple pillows on my bed, purple sheets, and a purple comforter. I also have a lot of Longaberger baskets in my room. My mom is very proud of me. They are very useful and everywhere! I brought some little things from my room back at home, so those are around my room to make it more like home.
Tonight I went with all the girls from my hall to a place in El Cajon called the Yogurt Mill. This place has super big helpings of yogurt and I only had to pay .25 cents for it (I got a big student discount). It was really fun to hang out with the girls from my hall and get to know them better.
My bed is calling to me because tomorrow breakfast is at 7:30a.m. bright and early and I have a full day of registering and activities.
